Can I return my product and get a refund?
No. We currently do not have a return or refund policy, ideally because you won’t need one. That’s how sure we are about the fact that you’ll love our product and the overall experience. In the worst case, if you receive a defective product, it’ll be repaired/replaced accordingly.
Do you offer a warranty on the FIN Water Purifier?
Yes! We do offer a 2-year comprehensive warranty on our purifier that covers any manufacturing defects or any issues* that could arise in the span of 2 years from the date of purchase.
We make sure that our product goes through extensive quality checks at multiple stages of production, and should not have any issues. But, should there still be any problems with the product, you have nothing to worry about, just write to us at support@13.232.84.140, and we’ll take care of everything for you.
