Using it for more than a year and no issues so far. It does not require electricity and water flow is very good. Only need to flush every morning before use. Totally recommend it as it does not reduce TDS.

The team at FIN took out to explain nuances around water hardness levels and how I should choose a purifier. Previously I used a RO purifier and the TDS observed in the output water substantially low which meant that it didn't contain certain essential minerals required by the body. FIN maintains required the TDS levels.
The UTC unit works like a charm and you can really full a 1 litre water bottle in less than a min. Completely satisfied with the sales team, the services team which did the fitting and most importantly the product itself.

I have been using FIN UTC for more than a year now and I'm extremely happy with the product. I regularly check the TDS of the pure water and it has been consistently around 120 which is healthy. Zero issues so far. Would definitely recommend it over regular RO purifiers especially if you have mixed or ground water.

The filter is compact and fits neatly on a wall mount. Water flow is good. Water taste is also good. It does not require electricity (can be run unplugged) except when you want to check condition of filters.
