Simple, elegant water filter that gets the job done well. Installation was quick and easy. I chose it mainly because of its self-maintenance. An UV stage would have made this perfect. The Fin team’s communication was excellent—from the order process through installation. I’m hopeful for trouble-free long-term use, with reliable support if I ever need it.

Very good experience with fin water it reduces water wastage and it's easy to change the filters and very good water to drink and over all a big yes to the water purifier.
I would say the best experience no other water purifier company has provided. Right from the initial discussion on how to set up, what’s the best apt machine I can go with, and other details, have been patiently answered by an in-person technician. Installation was quick after payment and delivery of the machine. Since then, no issue at all, and I love the way the machine gives details on TDS and securing my family with a trusted water source than these RO machines, which are degrading one's health.

Great purification and unique tech with almost no water wastage, and tates perfect.
Using it for more than a year and no issues so far. It does not require electricity and water flow is very good. Only need to flush every morning before use. Totally recommend it as it does not reduce TDS.

I have been using FIN UTC for more than a year now and I'm extremely happy with the product. I regularly check the TDS of the pure water and it has been consistently around 120 which is healthy. Zero issues so far. Would definitely recommend it over regular RO purifiers especially if you have mixed or ground water.

The filter is compact and fits neatly on a wall mount. Water flow is good. Water taste is also good. It does not require electricity (can be run unplugged) except when you want to check condition of filters.

The team at FIN took out to explain nuances around water hardness levels and how I should choose a purifier. Previously I used a RO purifier and the TDS observed in the output water substantially low which meant that it didn't contain certain essential minerals required by the body. FIN maintains required the TDS levels. The UTC unit works like a charm and you can really full a 1 litre water bottle in less than a min. Completely satisfied with the sales team, the services team which did the fitting and most importantly the product itself.
