The team at FIN took out to explain nuances around water hardness levels and how I should choose a purifier. Previously I used a RO purifier and the TDS observed in the output water substantially low which meant that it didn't contain certain essential minerals required by the body. FIN maintains required the TDS levels.
The UTC unit works like a charm and you can really full a 1 litre water bottle in less than a min. Completely satisfied with the sales team, the services team which did the fitting and most importantly the product itself.

I have been using FIN UTC for more than a year now and I'm extremely happy with the product. I regularly check the TDS of the pure water and it has been consistently around 120 which is healthy. Zero issues so far. Would definitely recommend it over regular RO purifiers especially if you have mixed or ground water.
We got RO and a pressure tank installed for our micro bakery. Tejas and the team were really prompt. Suggested the right solution for our use case and installed within two days time! Whole experience was seamless. Would definitely recommend them!
I had some delivery issues with them. But everybody I talked to, were very cooperative and eager to help. They took care of my problem quickly and professionally. The product is great.
